SCRUM COLOR-CODED
The diagram is color coded for easy reference so you can easily identify Scrum roles, ceremonies and artifacts:
Scrum Roles are in red
- Product Owner
- Scrum Master
- Scrum Team Members
Scrum Ceremonies are in yellow
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand Up
- Review/Demo
- Retrospective
Scrum Artifacts are in green
- Product Backlog
- Sprint Backlog
- Version/Increment
Look for the large rectangular labels to easily find the roles, ceremonies, and artifacts

SCRUM ROLES
I’ve made it easy for you to identify the various roles in Scrum. Next to each ceremony you can also find a thumbnail indicating which Scrum roles should attend that ceremony.
SCRUM CEREMONY TIMEBOXES
Look for the little red clocks to quickly remind yourself of the timebox for each ceremony. Staying true to those timeboxes is crucial for your Scrum team’s success.
