SCRUM ROLES

I’ve made it easy for you to identify the various roles in Scrum. Next to each ceremony you can also find a thumbnail indicating which Scrum roles should attend that ceremony.

SCRUM CEREMONY TIMEBOXES

Look for the little red clocks to quickly remind yourself of the timebox for each ceremony. Staying true to those timeboxes is crucial for your Scrum team’s success.
